State the concern in a clear and succinct way.

State the problem that is causing the concern. Use a clear, strong voice to state the problem. If the speaker rambles or speaks too softly, the point either will be lost or will not seem important.

Have a solution ready. If the speaker brings a solution to the table, the conversation will move in the direction of a resolution.
